Decentralized Legacies: Estate Planning with Cryptocurrency with Gretchen Wendlandt

Gretchen is an associate with Modrall Sperling law firm. She practices in the transactions group with a focus on estate planning and nonprofit work. Gretchen was born and raised in the Chicago-land area and earned her bachelor’s degree in music education from Illinois Wesleyan University where she majored in trombone. Gretchen moved to New Mexico in 2019 to attend law school at UNM where she graduated summa cum laude. After law school Gretchen clerked for Judge Wary of the New Mexico Court of Appeals. This is her first presentation with the New Mexico Estate Planning Council.
